Appointment Cancellation

Cancellation notice for appointments needs to be provided at least 24 hours in advance.  If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled session the client is still responsible for payment for that session.  If the therapist and client(s) are able to  reschedule the appointment within the same week then the fee for the missed session will be reduced to $50.

Insurance

No direct insurances are accepted. Subject to your insurance companies policies and rules, if your insurance provider covers "out-of-network" services you will be able to submit the receipts provided after each session.
